Meet Michael
Physiotherapist/ Director
M Phty, B ExSpSc, D Fit

From a very young age Michael has been involved in the fitness and health industry. His passion stemmed from the many years of professional swimming and competing where he was consistently visiting physiotherapists due to injuries. Being the patient for so long, Michael understands what it is like to be on the treatment table.
After many years of elite training, Michael decided to hang up his goggles and dedicate himself to helping others; the way that many had helped him. His journey began with a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science at the Australian Catholic University and he then completed a Masters of Physiotherapy at the University of Sydney.
With the same motto he applied to his career as an athlete and a physiotherapist, he believes that the key to success is hard work, perseverance and loving what you do. Michael has a keen interest in using evidence-based research to develop new techniques and ideas to treat patients, He specialises in the use of ultrasound therapy and nerve glides to treat a variety of conditions. Michael has a specific interest in treating sporting injuries, acute and chronic peripheral nerve injury, meniscus tears, headaches and many more.

Willis has always been passionate with sports; especially volleyball. He represented NSW in a national wide competition at 16 years of age and enjoys fitness such as gym and Muay Thai. Starting from a young age Willis has always been fond about the biomechanics of the body and how the body functions.
After a few injuries and attending rehab programs, Willis had decided to pursue his passion of becoming a physiotherapist by studying Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the Australian Catholic University. Willis is enthusiastic about working at a private practice, as he enjoys the rapport he gains with different clients. He appreciates encountering different conditions that comes through the door as this allows him to hone his skills as a clinician. He greatly believes that client education is important to effectively help them develop skills in self--management, and he tries his best to ensure that every client understands their condition after each initial consultation.
Willis uses a variety of evidence-based exercises with a combination of manual therapy to treat our clients. He has a special interest in chronic back/ neck pain, sport related injuries such as ACL, meniscus, rotator cuff etc.
