LIMP IN LEAP OUT PHYSIOTHERAPY & WELLNESS

I suffered a lower back injury in the gym and consulted Ryan at Leap In Leap Out physiotherapy for my rehab. Over the past three weeks, I could sense the professionalism from Ryan as he addressed my concerns about my injury, and also provided me with various exercises to do beyond each physio session. On top of that, his made me feel assured about my recovery and alleviated my fear of any potential long term effects. Thank you Ryan and Leap In Leap Out!

My experience with Limp in Leap out Belfield has been excellent. I have dealt with both Ryan and Mina. Both men are down to earth, professional and very knowledgeable. They have helped me with back and neck injuries and I could not be happier with the results. They take the time to not only work on the problem areas but clearly explain the issues and give you further exercises to do at home. The place is always very welcoming. I was very pleased with Lilo services and expertise. They were on time, prepared, and friendly. I had vertigo for 3 months prior to my visit to Lilo clinic and I was not sure that I will find the solution to my problem there. In only 2 sessions the problem was over.

After suffering a major arm fracture earlier this year, I went in to see Ryan Lee and the program we’ve worked together since has helped me reintegrate back into normal life, fitness, and my job with very few issues. The Belfield team are courteous, professional and efficient; and they aren’t surprised by much. Would recommend this physio to anyone in the area.

Having sustained a re-injury to the discs in my back, I wanted to go to a local Physio who could see me immediately. Within 5 minutes Michael diagnosed the injury and over the course of an 8 week period, with multiple treatments, got me back to normal with limited pain, which was a huge difference to how it started out. The team are all easy to speak with and made my busy schedule fit in with theirs. Can't recommend them highly enough and would definitely use them again.

Super happy with the help I got on my unstable feeling knee. Ryan was incredibly knowledgeable and worked with me across 3 sessions to identify the root of my problem and leave me well informed about how I improve things moving forward. All his advice and conclusions about what was wrong all made sense to me and I walk away feeling really confident I can manage things myself. Finished treatment recently with Ryan here at Belfield. Great physio with a diverse skill set, very open-minded, friendly, and takes his time to explain rationale in detail while providing a comfortable, easygoing experience each session. Michael and the team were terrific. Had no trouble diagnosing my shoulder issue and setting me on the course of recovery as quickly as possible. Was never pressured to book in an excessive number of sessions and finished up once all was feeling good! Now my go-to physio.

Great physio! Came in with three issues (back, hip and thumb tendon issues) and they were able to treat it and give me the tools to help myself. Would definitely recommend visiting here for your physio needs
